They did such a great job. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I would definitely hire them again. At one point, I had 4 dogs in my house and had fallen behind on cleaning and that’s when I booked a deep clean because I was going to be out of town, so I thought it was the perfect chance and I’m so glad I did. They were very thorough and detailed.

They did a spectacular job on the initial deep clean. Only one person was able to show up at the scheduled time (instead of 2), but two more people showed up later and they handled the entire situation very professionally.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to quote a reasonable and fair service for our market. Prices can someone else be negotiated for special circumstances. We offer Flat rates and hourly dependent upon the type of cleaning project :-)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to booking your initial service, we will thoroughly discuss the areas to be cleaned and take note of any specific instructions you may have. We get to know the house and the clients' demands. Clients can either schedule their cleaning service using our easy online booking page or they can reach out to us over the phone to schedule and discuss their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have over 10 years of private home, commercial and hotel cleaning experience and training. We know the tricks of the trade when it comes to cleaning, products and tools. We are also Covid-19 certified technicians. Each client and project is different which creates an amazing daily learning environment to sharpen our personal and business development skills!
