- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard cleaning prices are based on your home’s bedroom and bathroom count. Examples before any discounts or extras: 1 bedroom/1 bathroom $149; 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms $199; 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms $219; and 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms $249. Laundry, inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, and interior window cleaning are $25 each. Deep cleaning and other requested services are quoted separately. If you need only selected rooms cleaned, tell us which areas to include so we can quote that scope. Ask about new-customer and recurring-service offers. We confirm the total and any extras before you book.
