- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Several packages can be designed for you and your pet(s)/home needs. This is a customized service to help meet all your requirements. Pricing is based on your individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a "meet and greet" so my perspective client can review with me, all their needs for their pet(s) and home. We would review the daily routine of the pet, your pet's nutritional needs, any medications, dietary supplements, treats. Also to review outside play times and walks. If this was a overnight(s) pet sitting, then we would review all household requirements, mail and paper brought in, garbage disposal, plant needs and anything else that would be required for the safety and security of your home.

I have owned a pet sitting/dog walking/house sitting business for 15 years in South Florida.
