- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Taxes will be added to the total quote sent, and paid at time of service . 50% plus tax paid at load up and remaining 50% plus tax paid before unloading . Price include assembling and disassembling . Price include loading, unloading, and delivery. Prices does not include packing or unpacking . Additional fees for packing and unpacking .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will schedule a walk through with the customer to view all items that will be moved. It also give the customer a chance to meet me and to establish a comfort level with me as I answer any questions they have. Or I would have them to call me and we discuss all details in that manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Management, Owner Operator. Also my experience in this line of business was obtain first hand on the job.
