Captains Pool Care provides both residential and commercial pool cleaning, maintenance and equipment repair/replacement services. The company was founded by a father and son who built a new pool and learned how terrible pool services were. As entrepreneurs, they decided they could do it better!
3 things make us different. First, all technicians are trained as Certified Pool Operators which is the same safety standard required for commercial pools in Georgia (why should you accept a lower safety standard for your family?).
Second, every technician is background checked so we know who we are sending to your home.

They came out a put on my pool pump and knew it was leaking bad really bad didn’t say nothing and charge me anyway. Promise to come back a fix it but never did. Buyer beware or you got to watch them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Pool Technicians are Certified Pool Operators. This is training that is REQUIRED to maintain commercial pools in Georgia. We believe both residential and commercial pool owners should expect technicians to meet this safety standard.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started the company based on our own experience of building a pool and having it serviced weekly. We were SHOCKED at how bad the service was. As entrepreneurs, our father and son team said we can do this a LOT better! We know what service level we expect in other areas of our lives, so we set out to create that experience for our pool service customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers include both residential and commercial pools. Most customers are usually looking to make their pool ownership experience more hassle free so they can just enjoy their pool instead of worrying about cleaning and maintaining it. We strive to give our owners "peace of mind" when it comes to their pool.
