First of all- why are we limited to only being able to check 3 of the 5 qualities? Sam and his company, Miranda Atlanta Home Services, deserves to not only have Work Quality, Professionalism and Responsiveness checked, but Value and Punctuality checked as well! Our Nest thermostat went out last night at 9:15 PM. Even though we have an older Trane unit and Sam discovered the only part available was 45 minutes away, by 3PM today, Sam had driven all that way to pick up the part and back, had replaced the panel, fixed the issue and our house was warming up again!!! Miraculous! A leak decided to spring up under the sink at the same time and then, like magic that was fixed as well. All for an amazingly affordable price and the most informative and educational experience we have ever had with a repair service in our entire lives (and we are NOT spring chickens, by any stretch of the imagination!). THANK YOU 1000X-over, Sam. We feel so lucky to have found you!

In addition to fixing the immediate concerns, he took the time to inspect the entire HVAC system and performed a full tune-up to help prevent future issues. What stood out even more than his technical skill was his compassion and demeanor. My aunt is over 70 and was home alone. Deonta treated her with such kindness, patience, and respect that it gave our entire family peace of mind. He kept her informed throughout the process, made sure she was comfortable, and went out of his way to reassure her.
