Justin was the ONLY plumber willing to take on the job; the local to me plumbers are too high on the hog-from doing jobs for the Hyundai Mega Site, and don't have time for "small" jobs: their pass was Justin's gain. He communicated in a timely manner, showed up when he said he would, and he got the work done the same day; I thought he was coming to have a look, that we would schedule another time to install my whole house water filtration system, and he took care of it the same day. To top that off, he solved another pressing issue for me and my family, without hesitation, and for that alone, he's worth every penny of his exceptional rates!
