A widowed neighbor needed help in finding someone to fix a double sink drainage problem involving a disposal unit in a Sun City home. In researching the internet for a "handyman" in our area I came across a very positive customers review about Duty Calls Plumbing . So, at 11 pm called Jason Vancleave , owner, and explained the problem. Said he could be in Sun City the next day about 3pm. The following day he called in the late morning to inform me he could be here earlier than 3pm and when discussing the problem advised he would stop and purchase some needed parts. Conclusion: He arrived at 2 pm, resolved a very messy situation by repiping the entire inadequate installation within 2 hours. He is an excellent craftsman and a pleasure to deal with. Price was reasonable for the work required. Also, he is a licensed Master Plumber. Tom C

Justin was the ONLY plumber willing to take on the job; the local to me plumbers are too high on the hog-from doing jobs for the Hyundai Mega Site, and don't have time for "small" jobs: their pass was Justin's gain. He communicated in a timely manner, showed up when he said he would, and he got the work done the same day; I thought he was coming to have a look, that we would schedule another time to install my whole house water filtration system, and he took care of it the same day. To top that off, he solved another pressing issue for me and my family, without hesitation, and for that alone, he's worth every penny of his exceptional rates! The water doesn't smell funny, it's flowing a full flow, and the family is happy. Thanks for taking the job Justin! To you it was just a job, but your work brought my family and I peace of mind.

I cannot write enough good things about Duty Calls Plumbing and Drain Repair.
