I was having plumbing problems (leakage) in my kitchen and both my bathrooms. Also, I needed tiles and floor repairs to the main bathroom. Mr. Luke Nobel of Flow Tech Drain Works informed me that he could handle both jobs. December 20th Mr. Nobel sent Mr. Jay Ciccolo to do the work on the floor of the main bathroom. New porcelain tiles and baseboards were neatly installed to my satisfaction. Jay returned on December 21st and put down grout for the new bathroom floor. He did an excellent job, was professional and friendly. On Dec 22nd Mr. Nobel of Flow Tech arrived. He replaced the leaking plumbing in the kitchen and reseated the toilets in both bathrooms. While finishing his work, he discovered standing water in the drain of one of my toilets. Mr. Nobel would not leave until he discovered the cause of this problem. It was discovered that my sewer line was blocked. Mr. Nobel used a snake machine in an attempt to unblock the line, but he was not successful. He was very patient and pleasant despite not being able to solve this problem. Mr. Nobel suggested that I have a company better suited for Hydro Jet operations come out. He was kind enough to contact Rooterman for this, and they came out the on the night of the 22nd. It was eventually discovered that the roots of a large tree in my back yard damaged the sewer line when it was blown over by Hurricane Matthew earlier this fall. If it were not for Mr. Nobel perseverance and referral in finding the cause of the standing water under the toilet, I would not have been aware of this damage. Great job.
