- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically offer a secret discount inside of our estimates, hidden in the terms and conditions. If you read it, and you tell us, you get the discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer quickly, assess if we can handle the job or if we should respectfully send to a plumber or electrician. We have full-time staff to take messages and phone-calls through our main intake line, so you'll always talk to a human, not a machine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a generalist crew lead (Hector), along with a carpenter specialist and a painting specialist. Our back-end is provided by an office staff that includes a happily formerly retired nuclear engineer (he's our safety specialist).
