- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trip Charge: $60, Hourly: $50 (for first 2 Hrs), Lower Rate for Selected services and longer time on some projects. $35 (if project continues beyond 3hrs). Also Specific Services, -Measuring for Window Treatments: $35 per hr. (min. 2hrs), -Drapery rods ($10-12 per foot), -Blinds ($10-15 per Blind), -Roman shades, Cellular shades, Manual-Roller shades ($20-40)... These prices cover generally any installation at 9 feet or below, depending on height and complexity things go up a bit, increased risk and required hardware and equipment. Feel free to ask, if the service you are seeking is not listed, we may still be able to accommodate. Air conditioner air filters need changing, swapping out shower heads, or a plethora more. Just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to get acquainted with the needs and wants of new customers to complete the task at hand, whether it is an installation, assembly, or repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience for 20 years working in different companies that do it all. From roofing, framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and finish work, etc.
