I had been looking for a cleaning service to come and clean my small 2 bedroom apartment because I a single mom who often doesnt get home until after 5 pm most nights. I was recommended Cozy Home Cleaners by a friend and I am truly happy that I went with this company. From start to finish I was in contact with Harrison who provided A-1 customer service. The process started with a phone call where he asked my needs and what I was looking for. He provided Karla to come clean my home. Karla showed up on time and worked hard for 4 plus hours cleaning my space. I was surprised at the time it took because I thought to my self hmm, my space isnt that big. However, its the attention to detail that got me. karla made my home refreshed, I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and that I can relax this spring break. Even during the cleaning, Harrison called and checked in to ask how things were going. I could not recommend this company enough ! Karla was great and the whole experience was very professional. We started with a deep clean and were so impressed that we signed up for bi weekly cleanings. They did an amazing job everything was exactly how we wanted. The cleaner was friendly easy to work with. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for high quality cleaning!
