Raine was absolutely wonderful! My kitchen (including the
appliances), wood floors, master bath and master bedroom
sparkled when she was done! She took her time and wiped
everything down. Took time to remake the beds perfectly folding
everything. She listened to what I needed done and did it. My
stove - spotless. As someone who has high expectations of
keeping a clean house I would absolutely recommend Raine!

Raine was amazing. The same day I was looking for a professional cleaner she came the same day. She traveled from Bloomingdale, GA to Statesboro where I’m located to clean my 3bdr/2bth home. I have pets and 3 kids and she was amazing! Throughly cleaned, organized my kitchen to the T. If you want something extra ordinary when it comes to cleaning she is it. Pink posh is my go to for cleaning now. She is what every business woman , wife and mother needs in your life.

Hired to do a deep clean in our 1 bedroom/1 bath plus cleaning inside refrigerator and windows. When we got home, realized none of our rugs had been vacuumed (FYI-my fiancé and I both have long hair and we have a dog) the baseboards hadn’t been cleaned, one of the tables still hadn’t been wiped down, cabinets had not been wiped down. When cleaning the first window, the blinds popped out so she did not clean the rest of our windows (blinds are supposed to be able to pop out for purpose of cleaning.) one of the drawers in fridge she did not clean out because she was afraid of breaking the door shelf? But didn’t offer a discount on the additional fees charged for these specific services. We were then told cleaning baseboards is extra and her vacuum was broken (we do have a vacuum if she had just communicated that.) she was very apologetic, offered to come back (we didn’t have time for to) and did refund us about 30% of what we paid. she also did a good job of cleaning our shower and toilet and also remade the bed. J

Hi Lindsey, i am so sorry for the experience you had. I appreciate this review and i will definitely, in the future use this to do better. I apologise for not communicating to you to let you know that baseboards was an additional charge, or letting you know at the time of the final walkthrough that I was not able to clean under the right refrigerator drawer due to the refrigerator being so close to the wall the door would not open enough to allow me to pull it completely out. As with the blinds, i just did not want to damage your property. The discount provided was for the extra services as well as the floors. I understand that you and your fiancé wanted more than half of the money back but unfortunately as i did spend around 3 hours cleaning your home i was unable to do that amount. I truly hope that in the future you decide to give Pink Posh another chance. Thank you for booking and the honesty in your review.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on the sq footage, the condition and the customers needs. I offer a 10% discount to all new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time and date to do a walk through either in person or i send you some questions to gather an idea of the situation of your home. I take time to discuss what the clients needs are so i can best understand exactly what type of service they need, that way i can price accordingly. At the end of the service we do a walk through so I can assure everything is to their liking before leaving. I never want to leave a client unsatisfied.
