My rate is #35/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the customer to determine their needs, Next, I diagnose the problem myself to find a solution. Then I discuss the situation with the customer and we make a plan on how we're going to resolve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have twenty years of experience working in the field of PC repair and maintenance. I also have an Electronics Engineering Technology degree.
