- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
referral program for my lawn care. im flexible with pricing. I can give you a quote that may seem high but I know my worth. but again the work I do isn't about money. I really enjoy assisting people. so again pricing in most cases are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my goal is always to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, and I most often so above and beyond the call of duty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
