- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge by the hour. Prices vary depending on the type of move customers request. Etc: Providing the truck, packing/unpacking, or loading/unloading.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customers request and suggestions before making any of our own. We want to know everything the costumers want done and how they want it done before we give our professional opinion. We want our customers to feel extremely comfortable when with our workers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6+ years in the moving field. 2+ years with our own professional business.
