I am a licensed residential and light commercial general contractor. Actually licensed and insured though, unlike 90% of the contractors you’ll find in town and online. I am an active real estate investor and full-time home remodeler, and have experience renovating nearly 100 homes over the last four years for a variety of clients and real estate agents. My team and I are capable of pulling building permits, and performing code-abiding and detail oriented work. Prior to getting licensed and becoming a full fledged contractor, I assembled furniture and mounted TVs and ceiling fans for Wayfair and Best Buy. I completed 144 of those projects in a 6 month span. My team and I have also completed the entire furniture staging and art installation for a local boutique hotel prior to their opening. It’s safe to say there isn’t a TV mount, bed frame, or ceiling fan, that I haven’t seen. I started an exterior painting business when I was 19 years old, and have been working in the construction industry ever since.
