Mr. Perez was incredibly quick to respond to my need for landscaping help. He came out the same day, gave a quote and had his team show up the next morning. They took my overgrown yard and got it back into shape so quickly! So grateful to have found him!

If there were 100 stars to give, Perez Landscape would get all 100. I have two rental homes and it is a constant struggle to find a reliable lawn service for both. I consider myself lucky to have found Perez. He responded within minutes of my inquiry. Within 30 minutes he had traveled to BOTH properties and gave me a VERY reasonable quote. The work was completed early the very next day. Excellent work and I highly recommend him and his sons!!!

Mr. Perez was fantastic! He transformed my yard from a mess back to it's original state. He was very professional, on time, and hard working. I will be using him from now on. Couldn't ask for a better lawn care professional!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Mr. Perez was a little hard to pin down for the initial consult; however, when he did arrive, he was quick to make an assessment and gave me a clear understanding of when he would do the irk and how much it would cost. He communicated extremely well on the day of the work and even waited out the rain to get the job done. He and his crew left the area better than they found it in terms of cleanup. I will definitely work with him again.
