The blinds came out amazing! Hampton and his team did a wonderful job of sizing every window. Wish I would have done this project years ago. Everyone was so nice and professional!

I'd like to say that I'm reviewing Hampton Switzer specifically in this review. We built our home, recently moved in and I believe we had 35 total windows that needed covering. We chose Hampton because we liked him personally but also because he represented several manufacturers and had the best pricing and selection. He was extremely helpful in picking out what we were going to do for all of our window treatments throughout the house. He was always flexible on meeting us on our schedule and was able to provide samples in our home to ensure everything coordinated well. I would highly recommend any of the roman shades. We did those in all of the bedrooms and they are perfect. We ordered Graber mezzanine blinds with remote motorization for the majority of windows on our main level and although we (and everyone that walks in our home) absolutely love the way they look, we've had major problems with them failing. However, Hampton was diligent in getting Graber to replace and compensate us for the problems. They finally figured out what was causing the problem and so far they've worked well. I can promise that Hampton will go above and beyond in customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again!

Hampton and the crew at Gotcha Covered did a fantastic job in my house. They have been delightful to work with and very professional throughout the process. They came with samples for me to see and measured everything, so I had no worry about ordering the wrong sizes. The pricing was very competitive and I feel like I got a great deal for the service, especially.The shades they put up blend into my window so well I honestly did not realize they were installed at first. After six months of daily use on dozens of windows, they are still functioning beautifully and look brand new. We even had them install some window treatments in our office, and the experience was equally fantastic.

I couldn't be happier with my window treatments and the service provided by Gotcha Covered. I chose the cordless blinds and some shades for my french doors and kitchen. Love all of them.
