Excellent! The guy who came was slim and I was like are you gonna be able to remove everything by yourself? But he could and did it in great. Wonderful young man, professional and respectful. They removed about 3/4’s of truck worth of junk for a reasonable charge. I’d hire them again if needed.

I contacted Big Baby Junk Removal just yesterday, July. 1, and the pro got back to me last night. I gave him within the week request on timing and he was out here today picked up my stuff and drove off. The pro was very professional as was his helper. I had a pickup scheduled for 6/18 between 9-11 am as I had to be out of my apartment on 6/21. At 8:15 am on 6/18 I got a text message asking to reschedule to 6/20 for personal reasons. As it was late notice to try to schedule a new company I agreed but asked for a partial refund as the fee had already been paid. I was informed that they do not give partial refunds and we could just cancel the whole thing & I could get a full refund. As I said it was late into my time line & close to my moving date so I felt stuck. When the pickup did happen it was quick & efficient. The 2 young men that came were professional and got everything done effortlessly.
