- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We make pricing very simple for clients/no hidden fees - We offer discounts to repeats clients, Veterans and other public service workers (Teachers, Police, Firemen, EMT and all first responders) -Lastly, our base rate that is advised on our profile is our rate for 2 men labor only (no truck). To get a complete estimate we insist visiting our website to an online quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking most customers are new, but we take the same approach with each. We greet ourselves, do a walkthrough of the establishment, then get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between management and crew members, we have over 20 years of moving experience (residential and commercial).
