I would read the owner’s manual occasionally, but there were so many items in the box and the instructions were ambiguous! Steven was so very professional and motivated to solve the issues! He assembled my Total Gym expertly without fail! After assembled Steven trained on the security features of the equipment and trained on various different functions of specific parts! Steven demonstrated some beginner starter exercises as illustrated in the flip chart attached to the verticals column. I have remaining tasks to learn to exercise effectively on the Total Gym, but Steven built my confidence to take the beginning steps for success!
