Whatever you do, do not hire this plumber. David Burtz was hired to repair broken pipes in my hot tub. Our appointment was at 10 am and he did not arrive until 1pm. Once he arrived, he parked his car on the grass, when the driveway was completely clear for him to park; he left tire marks in my grass which I was not happy about. He initially gave a very high estimate but eventually, we were able to come to an agreement on a price for the job. I paid him $100 upfront and he was suppose to return the following day to start the job. Unfortunately for me, he never returned and he won't return my calls or answer the phone. Basically, he just took my money and did not do the work.

We responded to cust very promptly was up front about cost we had service fee of 100 for 50 mile trip on day of job customer want to renegotiated price to lower terms we refused to do work
