Synethea was hands down amazing . She continuously sent me motivational messages every morning ! She stayed on top of checking on our home in between the times of closing, placed specific notes around the home for potential buyers, and made clear that we weren’t gonna accept anyone that tried lowballing us for what we were wanting to walk away with. We are currently looking for a home after Synethea sold our investment property in less than 30 days,, and don’t be surprised if I update another review after closing because she did a great job selling our investment property … now we’re on the other side on the table and we’re eager to buy!
