First, this company was the 4th estimate for my 22, yes 22 windows replacement. Not only was he within my budget, but he gave me a discount. He (the owner) was professional, easy to work with, friendly, reliable, empathetic to my needs and budget, and not money hungry as many companies are. Secondly, and more importantly, the end results of replacing not only my original and inefficient windows, but my kitchen entry-door from my garage, AND patio door was amazing. They all were installed perfectly and correctly. I LOVE how my new windows, patio and kitchen doors look. I am quite pleased and highly recommend this company!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm extremely competive and will never be undersold. I rarely have to beat a competitor's price because they're always trying to figure out how to beat mine.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free in home estimates. We'll set up a time that's convenient for you and I'll stop out to see your project. I'll show you my windows and answer any questions you may have. I'm not a high pressure person and I'll leave you an estimate that's good for a minimum of 30 days. I own the company, I give the estimates. NO sales people......
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of hard knocks!!!! Just kidding, this is my 39th year in business. Did you ever hear of the Energizer Bunny?
