- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We, in fact, try to have a very simple pricing system. All rates are posted on our website (www.monkeygiggles.com) and there are no 'gotchas'. We charge one rate for us to deliver and pick up the units on the same day, and another price if you keep the unit overnight. If you are more than 20 miles from our home base in Snellville, there is a $250 minimum order.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do events that range from a backyard family birthday party for four or five children up to massive events hosted by schools, churches, military events and the like.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are dealing with a reputable company not someone who is just trying to make a "quick buck" by renting units they've stored in their back yard. Obviously we'd prefer you hire us, but with any one you hire, talk to them. Ask about insurance. Check for web presence, referrals, ask people on their Facebook page. After all, it's your children, your home, your party, and your money.
