I hired Chef D for my travel-themed 50th birthday party and he was amazing! I wanted to have food that represented four different countries and Chef D was great about putting together different options. He prepared a menu that represented food from Jamaica (jerk chicken, rice and peas, plantains), the US (southern fried chicken, cornbread, summer salad), Thailand (shrimp pad Thai) and Mexico (steak fajitas). Everything, I repeat, everything tasted amazing! Chef D’s ability to cook such a varied menu and do everything so well was impressive and gave my party the international flair I was seeking!

Chef D was incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions and responded quickly to my requests. He showed up for the event on time and had everything set up and ready to go before the first guest walked through the door. He was so friendly and his staff members were wonderful too! He brought to go containers which was perfect because EVERYONE raved about the food and took a container to go. You know you have a great caterer when there isn’t a drop of food left at the end of the night 😂

His pricing was so reasonable and less than the cost of many other caterers I spoke to. But this was a true case of getting great value and much more than I paid for! I wanted my guests to enjoy the food and they definitely did (as did I). I would use Chef D again in a heartbeat!

The food was tasty and plentiful and the only reason I gave any stars. I requested delivery for 4pm. The day of caterer changed to after 5pm. The food arrived almost 6pm. Unacceptable!!
