Very Very helpful and got the job done he even came to me to do the service took his time to make sure it was done thoroughly he helped get the virus and other problems off my laptop I went to a computer shop for help before I came to Stevens and they tried to make me pay over 200 bucks and rip me off for my 4 year old laptop that's ridiculous but Stevens PC Consulting saved me money had fair price and fixed my laptop I highly recommend him if you don't like being ripped off good price and outstanding work

First, I was very impressed with Justin's response to my inquiry via your service. It was obvious to me after speaking with him that he was a professional that I could trust to get my computer, repair it and return it to me. I feel certain that he recognized that I had limited technology skills but he carefully guided me through the process and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. In fact, at the end of the process his price remained the same. I do plan to use him for future projects and will definitely recommend him to others.
