I must say working with Miss james was an outstanding experience for me even having had training as a certified medical assistant. I learned techniques from her that I didn't learn even in those classes as a medical assistant.each and every one of my employees I required to have this training in the event of any scenarios that can happen in an office environment. Ms. James was very professional ,thorough, and detailed as to how she handled the class and all questions presented to her I would recommend her services at any company or individual and especially to any families as well

I must say that I only expected to attend another boring class, but the instructor Miss. James quickly changed that. The way she teaches shows that she is very passionate about her training and making sure that her students truly learn the proper techniques of CPR. In short it was a great experience and I will definitely do my rectification with Caring Professional Resources.

I hired Ms. James to teach my employees for our annual safety training. She was a very professional and an awesome instructor. I have already recommemded her to other businesses.

Mrs. James was an amazing instructor! She came prepared and made learning fun and engaging. I like how she made everyone do a different scenario one by one; it was like each one, teach one because you learned from your own scenarios and the ones you watched other classmates do.
