Jerome was easy to work with from the beginning, quick to come assess the project and quote. Communication was via text and in person. I had another company come out as well and they never followed up. I was thinking deck just needed stain and a few boards replaced. Jerome found some rot in the structure you couldn’t see from the outside that needed to be replaced, so the project grew in scope but it all was very valid and I’m glad we got the repairs done. He made sure the final work was done to my satisfaction. I would hire him again.
