    Lamonica is outstanding. She shows you the exercises and makes sure that you are doing them correctly so that no injuries will occur. She always keeps you on your toes and is very encouraging especially when you feel like you are about to give up. I started back in October and have successfully lost some of the pounds that I am trying to lose. We meet at the I.L.M.B studio 2 times a week. The fitness center has all the equipment necessary and Lamonica shows me exercises that I can do at home without any equipment. She was always on time and very professional. The quality of work is outstanding.

    I attended LaMonica's 21day ILMB class. It was by far the most effective class ever. I shared my goals with her and week by week she helped me achieve it!! I went from 28%body fat to 21%. She is so professional yet personable. Always on time. Never missed a class. She even dod all of the exercises along with us...even during pregnancy!! She has a way to push u beyond your own expectations..She really will make u learn to say and believe "love your body"! I will recommend any woman who wants to better themselves physically to enroll in a session..u will be hooked for life!!She even offers meal planning, menus, pre made meals, etc..She loves helping women love their bodies and she is a living example/ proof that being fit for life is doable/ rewarding!!

    LaMonica is one special lady, she has the ability to motivate you make you feel good about yourself and get results at the same time. I have never felt deprived of the things I like she educated me on smart eating with an eating plan I did with her for one week without exercise and I lost 4 1/2 pounds that are still off "yea me." LaMonica has really taught me what it means to love my body not just the appearance of it but love it enough to be selective as to what I put in it. She has been an inspiration from the day I met her and she always had encouraging words. You want results call LaMonica

    If you seek results, I.L.M.B. Fitness is the way to go!   La Monica is not just a personal trainer; she’s a Registered Nurse, who, actually, cares about your success. She encourages and supports you the entire way through your journey. Whether your journey is physical fitness, weight loss, or the need to control a diet-related disease (i.e., diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension), etc, she’s there to assist in any way she can. She keeps you focused on your goals with emails, weekly weight-ins, and weekly meal plans (complete with shopping list).   She has early morning hours and WebFit 1:1 sessions (Yes, you can work out from the comfort of your own home with just an internet connection and a web browser). Her HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are exactly that -- intensive, but worth every ounce of sweat. She will also work with you to modify any exercises that may be difficult or uncomfortable for you to perform. [I am top heavy and she taught me modified versions of some moves, so that I would feel less discomfort during workouts.]   If you do your part (i.e., work out regularly, modify diet), La Monica will make sure you reach your goal.     Lamonica has gone above and beyond to assist me in getting healthy. I've worked out with her for years, both in person as part of a group class and through webfit. Her training is tough but you see results. What I love the most is that even though she is tough at times, it is because she is so passionate about women loving their body and being the best "you" you can be. She leads by example and I've personally watched her choose a healthy lifestyle daily and eliminate excuses when it comes to getting her workouts in. And even when she does make a decision to treat herself she knows how to balance it by making the necessary sacrifced in other areas...she lives what she preaches for real! She truly cares and works personally to meet her clients individual goals and helps you tackle the root issues that may keep you from those goals. She's a very giving person and shares food tips or any thing she finds helpful freely with others but also doesn't baby you to not put some effort in on your part. Even though she is my family, she keeps things very professional which causes me not to be slack. She's always on time and holds her clients to high standards. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is serious about being healthy and needing someone to coach them through that process that will stick with them till they get the results they need. It's still a process I'm going through but having her on my side encouraging me and providing the necessary information and tools I need to be successful has been invaluable. I'm not where I need to be yet but with her help and my commitment I know I'll get there one day :-)

    During my journey to a healthy lifestyle Lamonica was supportive, well educated on fitness strategies for weight loss. She also provided awsome healthy food choices for me. She analyzed and fine tuned my diet and excercise routine . She is awesome!

    Great results. At the time when I started training, I was post pardum. Lamonica tailored a workout and nutrition guide around my specific circumstance, and I saw and felt results. I had high blood pressure as well, but since working out with her, my pressure is normal WITHOUT the use of medication. As long as you follow her instructions you can't go wrong. My body is better and stronger and I'm a happy client!

    What can i say about I.L.M.B fitness? It has changed my life forever. I began my journey 4 years ago in 2010, I started working with Lamonica to help me shed some pounds before my wedding and yes indeed she helped me lose over 30 pounds in 4 months. Now, 4 years later and post baby i'm with her again, and I know she will help me meet my goal. Lamonica doesn't snap her fingers and makes you lose weight. She uses basic priniciples of healthy eating and challenges your own body with exercise. I truly believe in Lamonica to help me meet my goals of weight loss and any person out there. She creates a supportive enviroment and is accessible to you at any time.

    I began my journey with ILMB's 21 day challenge in October 2013 and haven't looked back. My weight when I started was 184lbs and now 6 months later I am holding steady at 155lbs. This experience came to me at just right time in my life because I was ready to make a change. LaMonica is a great trainer that pushes you further than you think you can go. She helps you realize that is not just about losing the weight but about living a healthy and productive lifestyle. I would recommend anyone to ILMB to any woman that is ready for a change. For me this experience was life changing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a registered nurse that worked in ICU for over 15 years I saw the results of what an unhealthy lifestyle could do to the body. You only get 1 shot at this life and I want to be in the best shape I can be to enjoy it.

Helping a client get to her goal weight for her 35 birthday after she had tried for several months on her own before she hied me

Be motivated! Believe in yourself! Stick with it!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It takes commitment and discipline to be a trainer. There are days that we don;t want to work out but we have to push ourselves so that we can be the example for the client.
