Kareem and Ms.Stevens did an amazing job! They were professional, punctual, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. My home looked spotless and felt so fresh when they finished ..nothing was overlooked, including the floors, baseboards, and detailed areas that are easy to miss. They made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely recommend David’s Precision Cleaning to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services. I’ll definitely be using them again!

They did a great job cleaning our home to help make it ready to sell! Super friendly and very polite, and definitely hard workers—from cleaning our kitchen and bathrooms to dusting spider webs and sweeping out the basement. I would definitely recommend them!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing based on your home's size and the type of cleaning needed — no hidden fees, no surprises. You'll know the exact cost before I show up. Recurring clients receive discounted rates, and I'm always up front if anything changes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand exactly what you need — home size, current condition, and your priorities. From there I give you a clear quote and lock in a time that works for you. On the day of service, I show up on time, work thoroughly through every area, and don't leave until the job meets my standard — not just a checklist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in residential deep cleaning, move-in/move-out protocols, and recurring maintenance systems. Beyond formal training, I've built my skills through real experience — 27 jobs completed, a 5.0 rating, and customers who trust me enough to come back every month. That track record is my credential.
