I offer flat-rate pricing based on your home's size and the type of cleaning needed — no hidden fees, no surprises. You'll know the exact cost before I show up. Recurring clients receive discounted rates, and I'm always up front if anything changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand exactly what you need — home size, current condition, and your priorities. From there I give you a clear quote and lock in a time that works for you. On the day of service, I show up on time, work thoroughly through every area, and don't leave until the job meets my standard — not just a checklist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in residential deep cleaning, move-in/move-out protocols, and recurring maintenance systems.
