Introduction: Test the Limit Fitness creates a very personable environment for their client. It is very important as a trainer to connect with the clients to help us better understand the reasons for wanting to get in shape. This allows us to help you reach whatever goals you have set in your mind. We not only take on the role as your trainer, but also your friend. Our job is to motivate you to reach another level that you had no clue you could ever reach. We make sure to continuously educate ourselves in order to give you the best possible service ever. Chaz Hines is certified with multiple Personal Training certifications, healthcoaching certifications, NASM performance enhancement certification, and State certified in Defensive tactics. Chaz's goal is to educate himself as much as possible to better educate you, this helps when it comes to getting great results using healthy and stable methods. We enjoy being able to educate people and helping them become healthier. We love the fact that we are able to help people look at themselves in an entirely different light. We love helping people reach their goals, and we are very passionate about health and fitness.

Chaz loves what he does and pushes you to do more than you think you're able to do. You might actually surprise yourself. I highly recommend Chaz as a trainer. He's made me look forward to working out and that alone was a miracle. I'm already noticing changes. He is always smiling and laughing so it's hard to get mad at him... If anything he makes me laugh which helps me get through the exercise.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically like to ask the necessary questions that will give me information which will help us accomplish the goals that they would like to reach.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attended NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine) and I continue to read and do research in order to provide my clients with the best possible service that I can provide. My goal is to help my clients reach their peek condition physically, mentally and emotionally. I am also certified in health coaching, performance enhancement, health club management, and defensive tactics. I also know 2 additional martial arts including boxing. It is my goal to be the best qualified trainer you will ever come in contact with.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I was in middle school I was over weight and I realized how unhealthy I was, so I decided to get off my butt and do something about it. That's when my passion for fitness was born. It is my goal to cause that very same spark to go off in you and help you change for the better.
