There were so many factors from weather impacting the original date of the event, to a tricky venue layout that could have negatively impacted our experience with this vendor, BUT she was amazing! The patience and compassion she had for us and what we wanted to help celebrate our senior wrestlers and their families at Grayson High was amazing. We are so so so appreciative of the time she took on-site to ensure her setup was properly placed, secured, and looking amazing was more than we could have asked for. The original spot we'd designated for setup was just not working. She scouted a different area, set up our columns and backdrop, and it was perfect! I think any other vendor may have been sick of us! Lol! We will definitely use A Class Events again!

AClass is very professional. Showed at the time given and stayed in contact with me in the days leading up to my event. Did a wonderful job working with me with the budget I had for my birthday party. Thank you Auvette! The balloon decor was beautiful on Saturday.

I was really disappointed with the professionalism of this balloon service. She arrived to start setting up at the exact time the party was beginning, which meant she was still hanging balloons while guests were arriving. Several balloons were also popping during setup, which added stress right as the party was starting.

After she left, one of the balloon columns repeatedly fell over, so the setup clearly wasn’t secured properly. On top of that, she asked for payment immediately on the spot while I was in the middle of hosting and trying to enjoy my child’s birthday party. Sending an invoice ahead of time or afterward would have been much more professional and considerate.

Overall, the balloons looked nice in photos, but the timing, setup issues, and payment handling made the experience far more stressful than it should have been for a children’s party.

Details: Birthday party • 25 guests or fewer • 12 years old or younger • Balloon arches • Balloon centerpieces • Outdoors • My home, venue, etc.
