AClass is very professional. Showed at the time given and stayed in contact with me in the days leading up to my event. Did a wonderful job working with me with the budget I had for my birthday party. Thank you Auvette! The balloon decor was beautiful on Saturday.

My experience with AClass Events was OK. The hotel I booked with didn’t allow balloons as I thought so we had to make something work with what we had last minute. I ordered 82 balloons, her estimate was $275, so since i couldn’t use balloons I only snuck in the happy birthday balloon and the number 18 balloon. i asked her if i could have a discount since we were only doing the happy birthday sign and the number 18 balloon and she gave me a discount, but only $20 dollars off. obviously i was not about to pay $255 just for her to hang up a sign and tape the number 18 on the wall with 2 foil backdrops, so i had to go the store and buy more decorations with money I budgeted for something else. she made it very clear i still had to pay $255 dollars so I made my family stop decorating the dessert table and kindly asked her to do it to get my money worth. when i came back from the store with the rest of my decorations (which was only flower petals) she and her daughter were sitting on the couch packed up, ready to go, telling me they had to head out because of a “baby shower”, I seen the balloon i wanted on the wall wasn’t there so i kindly asked her to do that, she said no and gave me suggestions on how to do it myself and how she thinks that isn’t a good idea for whatever reason, and that started an argument with her and her daughter because the daughter wanted her to listen to me, which made the environment quite awkward. I told her I still had more foil backdrops to put up and her exact words were “girl nobody is going to see that when you are taking pictures”, I sat there patiently waiting for her to do it because I paid her to do a service and excuses were being thrown out. I then told her i’m not comfortable touching any decorations because I am paying her $255 to do exactly what she is suggesting to me and she told me she “did not have to do any of this for me, but since she has 2 daughters she felt bad and came anyway” again, made the environment awkward. anyway, once she realized I wasn’t going to touch any decorations and I wasn’t paying her until she finished my request she did what I asked quickly. although i could not blow my balloons up she let me keep all the balloons ordered as I requested. although all this happened the room came out beautiful, so i will give the experience a 7/10, not the best, but not the worst.

There were so many factors from weather impacting the original date of the event, to a tricky venue layout that could have negatively impacted our experience with this vendor, BUT she was amazing! The patience and compassion she had for us and what we wanted to help celebrate our senior wrestlers and their families at Grayson High was amazing. We are so so so appreciative of the time she took on-site to ensure her setup was properly placed, secured, and looking amazing was more than we could have asked for. The original spot we'd designated for setup was just not working. She scouted a different area, set up our columns and backdrop, and it was perfect! I think any other vendor may have been sick of us! Lol! We will definitely use A Class Events again!

Auvette was incredible. She went above and beyond. This was for a baby shower for my 3rd child so I didn't want anything extravagant. She listened to what I needed and stayed in my budget.
