Todd has been a great property manager! I contacted Todd, as well as other property managers, about 8 months ago and Todd stood out to me immediately as responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. I went with Todd after speaking with several other management companies in the area and I'm glad I did. He came out, assessed my property, put together a great listing, and within a matter of days he was getting calls from great applicants for the property. We quickly placed a great tenant and I hadn't spend a dime up to that point! Todd and Renters Warehouse - Atlanta are also very flexible when it comes to how involved you would like to be as a homeowner. I am very handy and local to my property so if want to make a repair to the home I can, if I don't want to be involved then Todd will find a low cost service provider in their discounted network of vendors, either way, they have it covered. Based on my research and speaking with other property management entities, Renters Warehouse is competitively priced when it comes to both tenant placement and property management fees and for the most part all I do now is sit back and wait on the checks to clear at the beginning of the month! In short, Todd is great and I couldn't have expected the process to go any smoother on my first rental property!

FANTASTIC! I hired Property Management Inc. to oversee several investment rental properties I have in the local area. We didn't wrap out the deal as i was looking for tenant placement only, and they do only property managing. However i can say that Travis was very professional and very communicative answering my inquiries. I would recommend if you are looking for property management and not tenant placement.
Donna Brazil has been my Property Manager for over 5 years. I moved from Atlanta to Augusta and was very hesitant in letting someone else manage the property. I found Donna on a web search. After speaking with her I knew she was the one. Donna never failed to meet my expectations. I had two very disturbing events happen at the property. One was a break in and the other a fire. After just a few minutes talking with Melanie, I was impressed with her knowledge of the property management business and her ability to understand all the details involved. She explained RPG's services and the costs up front. She was able to get everything set up very quickly, which was a big load off my mind. RPG has electronic systems for all their payments and processes. They do everything, from getting good tenants to repairs and maintenance. It was a big relief to turn over management of my properties to RPG, and totally worth the fees (which don't seem like much based on all the work they do). I have better use for the time I used to spend solving my property management problems, and am thrilled to have RPG doing that for me.
