Late Monday night, I downloaded Thumbtack, put in the information about my task, and within 10 minutes, Baba replied and said he'd be willing to move the couch on Thursday! Not only did he work with my budget flawlessly, but he was very attentive to every message I sent, always polite, and very relaxed!
When two men from Baba Logistics showed up to pick up the couch, my husband wasn't around, and I still felt relaxed with them in my home. They wore masks, were very polite and kind, and it took all of five minutes for Baba and his team to get the couch out of my apartment and begin loading it onto their truck. They even made it look easy! My parents said they loved Baba and his team, too. Everything arrived in perfect condition, pickup and delivery was as smooth as can be, and now my family feels like we made new friends! I would 100% recommend them to anyone, any time.
