I am in my late 60s. Ive lived in numerous cities and states and I have had my homes cleaned by someone since I was 30 years old. When I moved to the low country, I was BLESSED to interview the owner of LOWCOUNTRY CLEANER, Melinda. She sends a reminders the day before the appointment and sends a text message when shes on her way. Melinda discussed the products that she will be using in the home and makes sure she has a clear concise understanding of what you would like her to do. I always have felt anyone can clean a home, but she goes above and beyond. She takes care of the little things that the other cleaners in my past never did. The man in my life has never commented on how good the home looks or how good it smells after it has been serviced. He sure did praise Melinda and the excellent job she did.Melinda is my new angel.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not particularly as I am just starting up, but I'm basing it on recent jobs I have completed that were not through thumbtack and the amount of money I'd like to make in reference to the amount of effort I'm putting in.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a square footage, rooms and bathrooms count, as well as the type of cleaning and how often they would like to have service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previous professional cleaning experience in multiple 4 star hotels as well as personal experience with prior sporadic cleaning jobs I've done over the last few years.
