- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lifestyle Coaching Consultation: Initial Consultation (flat fee up to 60 min) $125, then $2 per min after 60 min. Lifestyle Coaching Program Fees: $2 per minute of time spent on program, $3 per minute of traveling time. Payment due weekly. Life Coaching Only: No initial consultation necessary, but can be requested. 60 minute session: $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My new clients will receive an initial consultation in-person or over the phone for up to 60 minutes. During the initial consultation the goal is for my client to get an introduction to me and what I can offer, as well as, for me get a general feel for what my clients' interests, needs, current life demands, and overall short term and long term goals are. Then, I offer an outline of how I can help construct the life they are wanting to create. We will discuss each area of interest and what to expect. If more information is desired beyond the consultation, then I will email a comprehensive information package on the topics we discussed. Just because we have a consultation does not mean you will need to move forward with a program. The consultation is for us to be introduced and see what we can build together. If designing a program is the result, then I will prepare a personalized program customized to fit my clients needs. We will then begin preparing to start a new routine, once the personalized outline is reviewed and accepted by my client. The program can be adjust at any time, as the goal is long term success. We can always re-group and change things as needed along the way. The overall goal is to establish a routine where my client can remain successful long term, on their own. Lifestyle coaching can always be utilized if needed in the future. Lifestyle areas include and are not limited to: Diet, Exercise, Water consumption, Stress level, Relaxation level, Sleep patterns, Support system.
