With 20 years in the general construction and maintenance field, along with a small, dedicated team, we deliver high‑quality workmanship at fair, reasonable prices. We’re not the cheapest “shade tree” option, but we stay at the low end of average market rates while standing firmly behind our work. Please do not message if my rates are not in line with your desires. Hourly rate - $65/hour with a two hour minimum ($130) which covers my overhead as well as my employees. We specialize in construction, painting, fencing, home improvement projects, furniture, art and TV mounting, as well as play and fitness equipment assembly and general repairs.
