I’ll answer any questions and share my approach. 📜 Pricing & Package Details – I’ll send over my service details, including what’s included, pricing, and next steps. If you’re ready, we move to booking! Step 2: Booking & Securing Your Date 📝 Contract & Deposit – Once you decide to move forward, I’ll send a contract and invoice for a non-refundable retainer to lock in your date. 📖 Welcome Guide – You’ll receive a personalized guide with what to expect, ceremony inspiration, and a timeline of our process. Step 3: The Love Story Deep Dive 💌 Personalized Couple Questionnaires – You and your partner will each fill out a fun, engaging questionnaire (separately) so I can get to know your love story from both perspectives. This helps me weave your journey, values, and beliefs into the ceremony. 🎤 Ceremony Planning Call (45-60 min) – We’ll go over your questionnaire answers, discuss any traditions, cultural or spiritual elements, and map out how you want your ceremony to feel. 💍 Vow & Reading Guidance (Optional) – If you’re writing personal vows, I offer resources and coaching to help you craft heartfelt words. Step 4: Custom Ceremony Creation ✍️ Script Drafting – I take everything I’ve learned and craft a one-of-a-kind ceremony script that reflects your love, values, and personalities. 📤 Review & Revisions – I’ll send the draft for your feedback. You can request tweaks to ensure it feels perfect. Step 5: Wedding Day Magic 💒 Arrival & Setup – I arrive early to check in, coordinate with vendors, and ensure everything flows smoothly. 🎤 Officiating Your Ceremony – With warmth, presence, and a deep understanding of your love story, I’ll lead a heartfelt ceremony that feels uniquely you. 📜 Legalities Handled – After the ceremony, I ensure your marriage license is signed and submitted according to your state’s laws.
