- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a familiar company, we're able to offer best prices signing up for Weekly or Bi-Weekly Regular Cleaning. Usually you pay more for one time cleaning or first cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're going to schedule a walking through to provide a free accurate estimate in a day and time that work best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“Nothing can substitute experience.” We simply learn through our experiences. These experiences teach us how to improve, what’s the best way to tackle a challenging situation, and how to prevent certain situations next time.
