We had our gutters cleaned by shelter Guard. They were very responsive. They were able to do the work within 24 hours of contacting them. Extremely professional and cleaned up all the debris from the gutters. Highly recommend. Pricing is in line with what I’ve paid previously for the same work.

James Souka responded in 10 minutes after I submitted a project online. He was able to come next day and wasted no time in getting the job done and left our yard clean. The price was very fair. James showed me pictures of our roof after its inspection with some issues we have to deal with in the future, no pressure though. Also, he gave me an advice on some roof maintenance and siding damage we currently have in one place. We plan to hire this company again definitely, waiting on a quote for our next project. I recommend this company to others. We had a great experience with this company.

Booking the appointment for our gutter cleaning was a breeze. When I had some confusion about the appointment window time, my message was answered extremely promptly and thoroughly. When the technician (James) showed up to my house, he was efficient but thorough with cleaning out the gutters and pointed out (and explained) a few areas on our roof that needed addressing, being sure to explain which were not urgent and which were more time sensitive.

He did a great job on my gutters and let me know about a few issues he noticed on my roof that I need to get repaired before I have leaks. I would not have known about this without him. Thanks.

They went above and beyond, clearing my whole driveway if leaves and clearing a downspout that had clogged. Also inspected the gutters. I've tried a few different gutter cleaners and these guys are stand-out excellent.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally, I started out flipping houses in 2002. I had almost no construction experience. I learned the hard way, what it's like to just take the lowest bid. Finding people that would show up, was also another challenge. So I decided that I would learn the proper way of doing things, and just do it myself.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, investors, property management companies, large commercial general contractors.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say pay attention to the questions the potential contractor asks. My first question is always, what types of projects have you had done before? How did that go, and why? I try to set reasonable expectations for both my customer, and myself. This gets things off on the right foot. Communication is very important in projects like this.
