I was looking for someone to repair drywall. Sergio came to my house the same day I called him, and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work needed to be done within 24 hours. He completed the work in the time frame he had given me. I am happy with the quality of work that he did.

I had 3 window airconditioners in need of installation. Sergio met with me very promptly to look at the project and provide a quote. The job took all day. Sergio and Sean were both very nice to work with and were very hard workers.

HCB does have a pricing protocol. HCB, like all businesses, has overhead (insurances, taxes, admin. fees, etc.....) like all companies. HCB states this on their estimates (HCB Bus. Fees)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call, Meet with the homeowner; get to know their needs, Assemble an estimate, Review estimate, Answer any and all questions, Signing of contract, Start and complete project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have close to (25) years of hands on building expierance in custom residential homes. Quality and customer service comes first.
