- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat, upfront pricing for common tasks (not hourly). No surprise fees—materials are billed at cost with a receipt. No trip fee inside my primary service area; small travel fee may apply for remote locations (always quoted before booking). Multi-item discounts when we bundle tasks in one visit. Minimum service charge applies so I can reserve a time window just for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send your ZIP, a short list of tasks, and photos/video. I reply with a firm quote and the earliest Same-/Next-Day window. You get a “on the way” text. I protect floors, work cleanly, and keep you updated. Walkthrough + cleanup; I haul away packaging and recycle cardboard. Pay by card/cash/Zelle. Every job includes a 30-day workmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on training from completing dozens of residential projects, manufacturer install guides (TV mounts, smart locks, closet systems), and continuous upskilling in safety and best practices. My background in product/UX design means I’m detail-oriented, punctual, and process-driven.
