John has been used three times. Each time he has been responsive to my needs:
Repairing electrical problems with lights
Installing ceiling fans
Repairing a door frame
Fixing a wooden gate, etc., etc.
John is able to handle almost any need you have, especially electrical ones.
The first time he came to my house only my adult son was home. John worked hard, but refused to take any money until I saw him the next time. On another occasion he thought he could put up three ceiling fans in less time than it actually took. He worked really hard but because of the unexpected extended time, he did not accept full hourly payment.
I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help out the homeowner. He responds very quickly to your requests.
I would recommend John as your handyman!

John has been a true savior to me for many household projector from moving to odd jobs. The last task he completed for me was hanging a hammock on my lanai. He went to city mill and got the perfect eye bolt and drilled safely into one of my support beams in only 30 minutes. He is quick and joy to be around. I would highly recommend hiring him for all your household needs!
