As a landlord, I have tried multiple cleaning services and dissatisfied with all of them. They boast how their team is efficient and well trained, and will pass any military white glove inspection. However, when I inspected the unit it was not up to my standard of clean.
Consequently, I had to go over the areas that were missed. The latest cleaner, I hired set up the appointment and never showed up for the job, and my tenant was to move in within a few days. Needless to say I was desperate and went to Thumbtack and four cleaning companies responded however, not one wanted to meet with me in person. They only wanted to start the job. This time around I was going to do things differently. I wanted a company that was not only responsive, but cooperative in meeting my needs. Spankks owners Paige and Shannon didn’t hesitate to meet with me in person. I immediately bonded to their energetic personality and without hesitation, I hired them on the spot . You could definitely see they enjoy what they do and it definitely showed in the quality of workmanship. This unit was clean from top to bottom which involved washing jealousy windows and screens. Other companies charged extra for that service. It was all inclusive to their reasonable fee. I emphasized I wanted the unit, not just clean but disinfected and even after three days when the tenant moved in, I could still smell the pleasant aroma. The Tenant was so happy it made her day.
If you are a busy person and don’t have the time to look for a qualified cleaning service, don’t hesitate to call Spankks you won’t regret it.

Paige and Shannon were subcontracted out to repair and paint my walls after the replacement of my water main valve. They were prompt, communicative, and friendly. They also used the latest paint brushes to freshen up the walls like new. I will call on them for other projects for sure. Thank you both! 🙏

They repaired a hole in my door. I’d previously had it fixed by the maintenance on site, however if you leaned or pushed lightly on the spot it would crack or break, not to mention what an eye sore it was.
Shannon, fixed it properly with the right materials to make it sturdy. Then sanded and painted, can’t even see it. Which is how it’s supposed to be. He was busy but fit it in between jobs. Working quickly and efficiently. Protected my floors and cleaned up.
Paige helped me with some house cleaning and windows. She was friendly quick and efficient getting the job done in half the time. They’re both professional quick and made everything seem easy. I’ve recommended them to several people and they’re all very pleased with their work.
