- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees include the price of supplies, ad rebate, transportation fees and labor; our clients are then charged a flat rate. There is a deposit required for all cleaning jobs for supply purchase that is subtracted from the total amount estimated. I take Venmo for this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set all my clients up on a routine cleaning schedule and work with one-time customers providing a perfect move-out cleaning to pass any mandated inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just love cleaning! :D 10+ years of cleaning experience!
