- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, condition of the property, type of cleaning: specific to their individual needs, standard, deep cleaning, move-in/out, construction, how often, cleaning products supplied or required. Additional factors are the number of people required to complete the tasks, timely. I automatically provide a 10% discount to military, essential workers, teachers and referrals (the person who gave out my name).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I prefer to meet the client to see their home, get their requirements, preferred day/time, then do a written estimate, which gets approved/denied, and work scheduled/completed. Then f/u.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some college, years of cleaning apartments as a young girl, research materials, products, solutions, member of American household cleaning association (AHCA).
