I had a last-minute cleaning due to a fail to show on behalf of another cleaning. Times are tight and money was short, and I really needed my deposit back. This was the first company I saw but called them anyway and they picked right up. I told them about my fail situation and they came over within 2 hours. Shootz! Got that deposit back!!!

This was my first time using this platform, and things got rough quickly. There were 3 main issues that arose from the service we requested. #1 was the multiple delays from the time scheduled. The original schedule was for 12:00 pm. We received a call he would be a little late and we should just leave the door open. A few hours later we called again and he said it would be 1 hour until he arrived. 1.5 hours later i called and he said he still had not left. In total our 12:00pm cleaning happened after 5pm. #2 was the noise complaint from our neighbors. We weren’t there when the cleaning happened but when i went to inspect. I was informed they had reported the sound of crying children and running around from my unit. #3 was the actual cleaning itself. The fridge was still dirty and left open, the window AC was not touched, there was an oven thermometer inside the garbage disposal (it was in the oven when we left), and the carpet was not cleaned because he “didn’t bring the right equipment and it would be an extra trip/charge”. In the app when booking we were never asked if we had carpet. To be honest, If it was only being late the review would have been higher. The gentleman who came out seemed nice and like a friendly person. However the additional issues and complaints made the score drop. We paid for a professional, what we got was far short of expectations.
