This was our first time having to hire a cleaning service and we were very nervous about it. However, we decided to hire Allimay Cleaning Service based on the reviews they had on Thumbtack. Thankfully, they lived up to the hype. Ramil and his employee were scheduled to arrive at 10am but called about ten minutes prior to say they would be a few minutes late. We were concerned that this was a red flag, but they arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work. Ramil answered all of my questions concerning the cleaning and pinpointed areas of that we wanted him to focus on. Our biggest goal was the removal of some hard water stains that had existed since before we moved in and had been unsuccessful in eliminating ourselves. In addition to thoroughly cleaning every single room, he was able to remove the stains and left our large appliances spotless. He had an employee with him who was still in training, so the cleaning took a little longer than expected (about four hours) but it was well worth the wait. During our final check he had no problem going over a few small spots that were missed and encouraged us to let him know whether or not everything was perfect. After he was finished, we were more than satisfied with the results. Ramil’s commitment to excellence was evident in his demeanor and he fully understands the power of positive reviews. He was professional, cordial, and overall a great individual to work with. He deserved every penny of the money we spent on the service and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Ramil and Francis were an amazing team! They came to clean out my father's apartment which was quite a job - I am not sure the place had been cleaned in 10 years! They were super helpful and efficient - they helped me immensely. Cleaning was very thorough and they had great solutions for problem areas such as carpet stains and mildew. I am so lucky that I found Allimay - I would use them again for any cleaning project!

It does gives me a little challenge when sending quotes because previously job that I have was high pricing it's because we do contracts I mean big numbers.
