A French toast dish the Chef put together quickly and from the heart was amazingsoft, warm, perfectly cooked French toast topped with fresh papaya, macadamia nuts and finished with a rich coffeereduction syrup that tasted like something straight out of a brunch restaurant. The balance of sweet and savory was spoton, and every bite was delicious. Truly memorable Christmas breakfast.
